Reset counter epson l3118 windows 10

Hey everyone,

I'm having some trouble resetting the counter on my Epson L3118 printer after upgrading to Windows 10. I've tried following some online tutorials, but none of them seem to work. Has anyone experienced this issue before and found a solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
