I recently purchased a Pantum printer and I've been having trouble updating the firmware on Windows 10. I've tried following the instructions provided by Pantum's website, but I keep running into errors. Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any tips on how to successfully update the firmware on Windows 10? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
