I recently purchased an Epson ET-2402 printer and have been encountering some issues with it on my Windows 10 computer. The printer keeps displaying a service required error message, and I'm not sure how to fix it. I've tried restarting the printer and my computer, but the problem persists. Has anyone else experienced this issue and found a solution? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
