I recently upgraded to Windows 11 and encountered some issues with my Epson c21000 series printer. I tried accessing the service support mode to troubleshoot the problem, but I couldn't find the option in the printer settings. Has anyone else experienced this issue with Windows 11 and Epson printers? Any advice or tips on how to access the service support mode would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
