Xp 65 epson ink pad reset utility windows 10

Hi everyone,

I recently encountered an issue with my Epson XP 65 printer where it displayed a message saying the ink pad needs to be reset. I tried using the Epson Ink Pad Reset Utility for Windows 10, but it doesn't seem to work. Has anyone else experienced this problem and found a solution? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
