Epson l4150 not printing black ink

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased an Epson l4150 printer and have been having trouble with it not printing black ink properly. I have tried cleaning the print head multiple times and even replaced the black ink cartridge, but still no luck. Does anyone have any tips or solutions to resolve this issue? I would greatly appreciate any help or suggestions. Thank you.
